Intercultural Discursive Strategy: Socio-Philosophical Analysis of Interaction between Russia and China

One of the major challenges of our time is to create a new conceptual framework for implementation, interpretation and prediction of interaction between Russia and China in the area of contemporary intercultural discourse. The choice of strategies of intercultural interaction of Russian and Chinese culture bearers is objectively defined by culture coordinate system in the range of the implementation of management strategies.

Negative Social Communications

The article discusses the process of social communication in terms of its negative effect on human existence. The author conceptualizes the idea of negative social communication in the context of postmodernism and claims that an increased number of social interactions in postmodern society can be harmful for the nature of communication. The author believes that postmodern society should be considered as a system of social flows, unlike the previous paradigm (i.e. modernity).

The Secular and the Religious Aspects in Modern Education

One of the peculiarities of modern communication is the desire to learn another culture not singling out its values, i.e. the qualitative characteristics of the modern world development is the unconditional priority of knowledge over traditions. Thus, the immanent aspiration of any culture to a dialogue is opposed to the actual running globalization. Modern globalization process is, first of all, the birth of the new social system, built on the domination of informational technologies.

In this article the phenomenon of virtualization of the social reality is considered. There are many definitions of virtualization in the scientific literature.Some authors define virtualization as a replacement of reality by the images; others prefer to consider virtualization as a process of creating an alternative social space. Recently, virtualization is increasingly defined as a combination of virtuality and reality.

The Eternal Recurrence of the Text: from Nietzsche to Post-structuralism

The article is devoted to influence of F. Nietzsche’s concept of history of philosophy on corresponding practice of poststructuralists like R. Bartes, J. Derrida, G. Deleuze in the history of philosophy field. The conceptual basis of the specified influence is shown through the significant for F. Nietzsche doctrine about Eternal Recurrence. However, the article discovers the aspect from a heritage of F. Nietzsche’s thought in the history of philosophy that missed by the postmodernists. It is the personal influence aspect.

Idea of «The Other» in riskogenic society

The article is devoted to consideration of a problem of «The Other» in refraction of a social and philosophical view of a place and a role of the person in the conditions of development of the techno-genic civilization creating conditions of transformation of human society in «risk society». The author, noting inevitability of consideration of «The Other», addresses to the analysis of modern philosophical concepts.

The Three Systems of the Buddhist Ontology

The article represents the capsule review of the ontological constructions of the main trends of the Buddhist Philosophy: Sarvastivada, stating that only dharmas are real; Yogachara with its absolutization of the role of consciousness; Madhyamaka with its doctrine of the ineffability of reality. The article critically examines the statements of various modern researchers, such as Karunadasa, F. I. Scherbatskoy, J. Singh, and ancient philosophers, such as Vasubandhu and Nagarjuna, on the ontological problematics.

On Typological Classification of the Main Ethnic Communities

One can definitely say that as far back as Soviet times and up to the present day the leading scholars of post-Soviet scope (ethnographers, historians and other) treat differently an essence and content of ethnic communities. It is, in particular, referred to such notions as «tribe», «ethnos», and «people». At the same time a definite disagreement is still observed among the specialists on the issue of typology. Taking into consideration this circumstance the present article carries out work on a new classification of the main ethnic communities.

The article develops philosophical aspect of the problem of nonordinary states of consciousness research. The demarcation of terms «altered states of consciousness» and «nonordinary states of consciousness» is based on their phenomenology. Ontology and philosophical anthropology are the context of philosophical comprehension of this problem. The statement about the connection of the problem of nonordinary states of consciousness with human nature and constitution and ultimate states is taken for the initial point.

The genesis of individuality as a philosophical problem

The article raises a number of philosophical problems related to the concept of “individuality”. The subject areas of philosophy, for which the conceptualization of individuality is important, are defi ned. The main plot is the opposition of the individual and the universal. Thus, the problem of the status of individuality has epistemological, axiological and ontological aspects. The article discusses possible options for conceptualizing individuality.
