In line with the institutionalization of institutional theory of public relations beginning to be considered as a variant of the stabilization and consolidation of the society, a guarantee of stability and steady evolution of the society. The article analyzes the different methodological approaches in the study of the conception of human that suggest a number of typological interpretations and contradictions of the institutional order of man and society.

Social and philosophical analysis of childhood in his retrospective dynamics encompasses two fundamental social and philosophical issues — the formation of the individual and the family. The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of J. Rusen’s theory of historical consciousness. It is one of the most widespread theories in modern foreign philosophy and theory of history. It emphasizes that J. Rusen’s studies of the essence, structure, transformation processes and social functions of historical consciousness should be considered in the context of the idea of rehabilitation of the modern in present foreign philosophy and the searches of the synthesis of the achievements of narrative and hermeneutic philosophy of history.

Culture represents a social phenomenon if we regard it from the point of its material and spiritual values, and education is a dedicated social sphere of ideal existence, related to the subject. Within its own history, education develops in such a direction and in such a force as it has the intention defining the message, aim, reflexive intentional orientation at this aspect. This article analyzes the axiological situation of the modern society. The author believes that the axiological foundation of the modern society has lost features of the system, but continues to be a holistic formation, homogeneous in nature, which is evolving non-linearly in different directions without having a single centre and multiple in nature. The most appropriate name for such formation is taken from postmodern philosophy, i.e rhizome. Besides, the paper also postulates that axiological rhizome determines riskogenics of the modern society.

This article is devoted to the consideration of such a sphere of modern reality as the representation of a person in the digital environment through the statement. The study analyzes the process, mechanisms and ways of representation through storytelling. The historical aspect appears as an integral part of the exposure of the individual's attitude to the inner and surrounding reality, which is transmitted not only in the form of a refl exive monologue, but also in the form of an installation, an opinion, and a look.

The concept of sobornost in the philosophy of S.L. Frank is considered on the basis of a dialectical approach. Sobornost is revealed in the “dialectic of inseparable-unmerged” bi-unity, the divine-humanity of a man in social reality from abstract forms to its concrete expression, each stage reached qualitatively or categorically changes our being, making up for our potentiality with partial relevance.
