Статья посвящена изучению некоторых аспектов содержания медиативного подхода. Несмотря на практическое применение медиативного подхода, его теоретическое содержание не иссле- довано. Поэтому, исходя из нормативного определения медиа- тивного подхода, выявляются и раскрываются его признаки, при этом отмечается, что медиативный подход представляет собой вид деятельностного.

The article is devoted the problem of using new forms and corresponding methods of teaching legal disciplines. Highlighted are some questions concerning the history of teaching in law schools; it is stated that in the Soviet period pedagogical activity in them did not contribute to the development of innovative forms of learning, because the specifics of training future lawyers required memorization of legal normative material, rarely subject to legislative changes and renovation.

The article traces the development of Zemstvo activities in the field of public education. The emergence of the Zemstvo institutions was the result of the implementation of the Zemstvo reform, which was one of the main areas of transformation activity of Alexander II. The Zemstvo institutions did not immediately take an active and concerned stance towards public education. Gradually their attitude towards public education has changed, it became deeper.

The paper contains the evaluation of the results of the professional readiness formation process in the students of the Pedagogical University with educational program specialization in Life Safety. The procedure included evaluation to what degree they mastered theoretical knowledge and practical skills, as well as the level of development of their pedagogical abilities. Using the technique of professional readiness degree evaluation we estimate the level of respondents’ knowledge and skills by summarizing their marks for the chosen disciplines.

The article considers conditions and ways of development of teamwork skills in the context of foreign language teaching at university. Aspects of competency-based approach functioning as the methodological basis of the modern system of higher education are analysed. Special attention is paid to the issues of the development of teamwork skills, which the author defines as the most neededsoft skills.The article points out that high level of these competencies is necessary for the university graduate to achieve success in their professional field.

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме использования инновационных форм преподавания курса криминалистики в юридическом образовательном учреждении, обусловленных компетентностным подходом к обучению будущих юристов. Цель статьи – рассмотреть вопросы использования криминалистического полигона в практике преподавания в образовательном учреждении. Проблема использования криминалистического полигона рассматривается авторами исходя из состояния системы современного образования и дифференциации его форм (бакалавриат, магистратура, специалитет).

Статья посвящена рассмотрению и анализу основ концепции плюрилингвизма как способности людей использовать два и более языков для общения и участия в межкультурном диалоге. Анализируется концепция «Современные языки: изучение, преподавание, оценка. Общеевропейская компетенция», разработанная Советом по культурному сотрудничеству при Совете Европы.

Статья посвящена описанию компонентов, критериев и уровней речемыслительной деятельности старших школьников, определено, что понимается под этими понятиями. В определении критериев активности был сделан акцент на компонентном составе речемыслительной деятельности в процессе активизации. Обобщенный фактический материал позволил выделить и описать эти компоненты – мотивационный, содержательный и процессуально-творческий.

В статье показаны возможность и необходимость определения лидера в коллективе или группе, организованной для решения профессиональных задач. Определены пути расширения практики взаимодействия обучающихся, включенных в совместную взаимно координированную деятельность, в условиях реального учебно-тренировочного процесса сборной команды института по баскетболу.
