В статье представлена структура когнитивного механизма фор-
мирования готовности личности будущих офицеров внутренних 
войск  МВД  России  к  профессиональной  деятельности.  Автор 
считает,  что  эффективность  формирования  готовности  лично-
сти  офицера  к  профессиональной  деятельности  основана  на 
комплексном  использовании  трех  компонентов  когнитивного 
механизма  –  когнитивно-целевого,  перцептивного  и  мнемиче-

To the Question of Stratification of the Educational Organizations of the Cluster of Risk Which are in Difficult Social Conditions

This article presents the results of the research, which had been carried out by «Saratov institute of the development of education» for two years from 2014 to 2016. This research is dedicated to the problem of stratification of the educational organizations depending on the level of students’ results in education, sociocultural and socio-economic factors and the potential of the development of the territory.
