In the article results of empirical research of strategy of behaviour in the conflict are resulted at a various valuable internal conflictness. The basic laws of mutual connection of an interpersonal and internal conflictness of the person are defined. The problem of determination of an internal and external conflictness is discussed.

Author examines a set of culture codes peculiar to Ancient Greek symposium as a whole defining the ways and means of symposiasts’ acquiring the specific cognitive dispositions pattern.

In article researches of various types of the emotional and valuable relation of the personality to ingroup Оther, early carried out by the author are generalized. Cognitive aspects of socially-psychological phenomena are considered in article from a position of the system approach on an example of a group phenomenon conformism. At the analysis of the cognitive aspects of group phenomena we lean against property of informative processes – convertibility. The results of the conducted research confirming presence cognitive by a component at formation of group phenomena are presented in the article. 

The problem of correlation between musical preferences of listeners and their individual psychological features is examined in this research work, with particular focus on the correlation between an individual’s degree of psychomotor problem solving success and the character of his/her musical preferences. The data obtained as a result of the research testifies in favor of the assumption of an existence of such a correlation.

Now the system of education must not only communicate knowledge but it must help students to take an active part towards their own activity, it must help students to become a personality and a profiessional. The interaction between personal competetive ability and cognitive motivation of educational process participants in high school is researched in this article.
