The article reveals the organization of physical culture education in school time activities, is based on a complex system. Holistic integrated effects seen in the fact that it covers the main areas of the schoolboy (cognitive, motivational and value, activity), and affects the change in his attitude toward himself as an individual and member of society.

The article deals with topical issues of contemporary moral and legal education of university students. A methodological analysis of the negative trends among young people, the moral degradation of the individual is conducted. Identified the interdetermination and interdependence of moral and legal education.
