Socio-psychological Effects of Applying Order Technology Organizational Culture Changing

The article discusses data received in the course of order projects implementation. Three socio-psychological effects arise during formation of each organizational culture suborder («family», «army», «church»). The effects include: trust (for «family» suborder), confidence (for «army» suborder), faith (for «church» suborder). It is stated that above-mentioned socio-psychological effects also serve as criteria for organizational culturesuborder formation assessment. The task is set tocreate instruments for level measurement of achieved socio-psychological effects.

Social and Psychological Representations Modern Student’s Youth about L. N. Tolstoy’s Creativity

The article considers the problem of psychology of literary creative work of L. N. Tolstoy; the main scientific and psychological approaches to the analysis of literary works. In the work of consistently carried out a theoretical analysis of psychology of creativity L. N. Tolstoy, an empirical study of social-psychological perceptions of student’s youth about the writer’s work. Identified the main components of «psychological realism» creativity L. N.

Socio-psychological Maturity of the Person: Integrative Approach

In the article the criteria of the socio-psychological maturity of personality are analyzed in terms of the socialization/individualization process. The authors consider that the research of the of personality’s maturity according to socially oriented and individually oriented criteria used separately and even used in their connection with each other is ineffective because their integration gives rise to qualitatively new subjective integrative formations.

Cognitive Aspect of Transaction Expenses

It was pointed in this research that implementation of certain cognitive strategy in the situation of economic interaction is associated with subject’s occupational efficiency. Jointly with cognitive approach, main point usage of institutional theory of transaction expenses allowed to assume that the expenses decrease is connected with cognitive cavitations’ strategy. The research results do not contradict assumption.

The Reputation of the Person as a Credit of Other’ Trust

The concept of «reputation of the person» is operationalized in the context of original concept personal representations of the «I – Other» interaction. Different types of reputation: local, social and global are describes. It states that the greater the amount of the assessments and Other components of the core of one or another kind of reputation of an individual, the less meaning filled with activity and opportunities of an individual to manage reputation.

Individual Preconditions of Development of Innovative Potential of the Personality

The article is devoted to consideration of the psychological qualities of innovative potential of personality. Is approved, the prerequisites and the makings of innovative potential is given by nature and are expressed in certain psychological characteristics of the individual. Implemented innovative potential of a person is determined by the level of «natural» psychic phenomena.

Characteristics of an Influence of the Time Orientation of Personality on a Choice of Professional Activity's Sphere

This article examines interrelation of the time orientation of anindividual and his occupational activity. It is done on the basis of the empirical data analysis applying themethods of logistic regression. A level of predictive value of the created models was defined. Most valuable features of the time orientation were identified for estimation of probability of individual belonging to a certain occupational area.

Subjective Well-being of Personality as a Subject of Socialexistence

The subjective well-being of the personality as a subject of the social being is discussed. The various existential space of personality and co-existence as a field criteria and normative basis of well-being are reviewed. The value-semantic basis, experience as a source of feelings of well-being are analyzed. It is noted that the ratio of personality characteristics and subject determine the qualitative content of the subjective well-being. An important role in shaping the personality’s subjective well-being is the procedural aspect of existence.

Moral Norms of Behavior in the Structure Integrated Individuality of Modern Students

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at investigating the specifics of the relationship characteristics of different levels in the structure of integral individuality, reflecting the psychological factors of personality manifestation moral norms of behavior depending on the level of self-efficacy in purposeful activity in the student age.

Axiological Orientation of Personality’ Representatives Different Socio-Cultural Groups

The article presents theoretical and empirical study of axiological orientation of representatives of the Russian and French youth. The study was carried out on a proportionally selected sample of representatives of the Russian and French youth (n = 60, male and female; 18–20 years old).
