Autors:
Sukhoparova Olga Aleksandrovna, Pskov State University
Abstract:

The article considers the questions of shaping, development and improvement of teachers’ professional orientation. The problem of reducing motivation among specialists, the lack of high professional orientation are traced at different stages of the activity of teachers: from training in higher education institutions to the possible professional burnout of teachers. This article suggests the methodology for the research in teachers’ professional orientation. The generic term of its definition and its main elements are given. The results of the experimental research on levels, variability and interconnections between separate components of teachers’ professional orientation are the main part of this scientific work. We also justified the choice of components of a professional orientation, revealed reliable interrelations of these components and built correlation pleiades which allowed a new look at the identified relationships. Particular attention is paid to adding a block of activity to the components of professional orientation. Using regression coefficients, we determined independent indicators in the obtained relationships. It allowed us to put forward and substantiate the assumption that there are types of professional orientation which have different origin. All this can be a theoretical basis for creating the method of research into teachers’ professional orientation.
