Main difficulties in the development of the assessment competence of teachers

This article discusses the relevance of the problem of teachers readiness to develop assessment competence. A modern teacher should have professional competencies to adequately and objectively assess not only the quality of educational planned results of students, but also the quality of their own educational activities. To implement new and modern procedures for evaluating and controlling the quality of professional and educational activities, every teacher must have the desire and willingness to develop evaluation competence.

Point-rating system of knowledge assessment in geographical education

The article is devoted to the description and analysis of pedagogical experience of professional competence formation in training and assessment of students in the point-rating system. The interdisciplinary nature of geographical education implies the need to develop special ways of thinking among students and to attract knowledge and skills from different subject areas. In such a situation, it is necessary to maximize the arrangement of the training process from the initial stage of learning to the stage of summative assessment.

Characteristics of the reflexive component of students’ self-expression culture

Modern professional activity involves the active use of reflection by a person in order to find «points of growth» for the successful construction of his/her own career. Accordingly, the task of facilitating the development of students’ reflexive skills during the period of professional training by teachers is of particular importance. The article presents the authors' view on the solution of the problem, consisting in considering these skills as part of the reflective component of the students’ self-expression culture.

On the motivation for using the project-based learning method

The article deals with the problems of implementing the project-based learning method in professional education. The aim of the study is to identify the key factors hindering the full use of the method in educational practice. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes methods of description, comparison, comparative analysis, and generalization. The project-based learning method fully meets the objectives of the competence-based approach in professional education.

Analysis of approaches to assessing the quality of the results of student training in the system of vocational education abroad

In this article an attempt to systematize the existing approaches to the assessment of quality of training students of technical universities in various countries is made; features of the assessment result of students' learning common for the whole system of higher education in Europe and the United States are identified; differences in the quality assessment result of training technical university students in foreign countries are also discussed.

Digital educational resources for the development of cognitive interests of primary school children in extracurricular activities

The article is devoted to the problem of using digital educational resources (COR) for the development of cognitive interests of younger students in extracurricular activities. Using the methods of theoretical analysis of scientific sources, questionnaires, comparison of digital educational resources located on educational Internet portals, websites and platforms, the author in her studies identifies necessary requirements for a modern teacher – the ability to navigate and use digital educational resources.

Remote practical training to gain professional skills and professional experience (nursing) at the medical faculty

 Due to the transition of higher educational institutions to remote functioning in the spring of 2020 and the impossibility of conducting nursing practice on the basis of medical establishments it became necessary to create a new form of having classes that would allow students to master practical skills without contacting patients. The article presents the author's methodology of remote practical training in class to obtain professional skills and experience of professional activity (nursing) at the medical faculty.

The possibilities of the highlands in optimizing the condition of athletes

The objective of the research is to study the influence of restorative motor mode at the high altitude on functional condition of the sportsmen body during their stay in the mountains and the subsequent readaptation period. Materials and methods. Ten male sportsmen, whose specialization was medium and long-distance running took part in the research. The research was conducted in Bishkek during the 3-week stay in highlands (2350 m) and after their return to the foothills.

Video materials in the educational process: Experience of approbation and use (The case of natural science disciplines)

 Modern society, like a modern education, is no longer possible to imagine without technological visualization devices and various interactive materials. A few years ago, it was often not possible to widely use not only dynamic images, but even audio materials. Now the educational process is developing in step with technical progress and it is difficult to imagine a lecture or a seminar without educational means of visualizing information.

Optimization of the Mode of Work and Rest in Psychophysiological Adaptation of Pupils’ Schools

Results of researches on a complex of factors of the educational environment that influence a functional condition of studying youth are presented in article. Data of researches where different options of alternations of academic loads (duration of school lessons) and rest (duration of educational changes) were studied are provided in the article, extent of subjects influence of different complexity and difficulty on efficiency of the child was studied.
