The paper is devoted to the problem of the emotional burn out of the representatives of the profession whose activity is characterizing by the increased emotional tension and by the presence of the difficult living situations. A research connected with the study of the peculiarities of the emotional burn out and the factors promoting to its development by the officers of the non-departmental security is given.
