амплификации развития личности, группы, культуры, а с дру-
гой стороны, многообразие Других способно актуализировать 
страх, тревожность, враждебность и агрессивность, приводить 
к  взаимному  антагонизму,  конфронтации,  противостоянию  и

According to the comparative analysis of the order approach theoretical models and theory of anthropological dominants, the article presents and proves correlation (symmetry) between basic structures of three literary genres (epos, drama, lyrics) and three suborders («family», «army», «church»). There is a theoretical analysis of correlation between basic structures and content characteristics of literary genres and order models of social (managerial) interaсtion.

The article presents the results of an empirical study whose aim is to study the relationship of communicative plasticity as properties of temperament with multi-level indicators in the structure of integral individuality of students, depending on the severity of the conviction in their own effectiveness in communication and training activities. Found that the communicative plasticity as a property of the individual determines the updating of communication skills depending on the level of severity of self-efficacy.

The article presents the results of the pilot study types of ethnic identity, and indicators of social well-being of residents of South-East of Ukraine (Lugansk). We investigated the relationship between the value-semantic sphere of the person and the type of ethnic identity, analyzed the respondents’ ideas about their situation. The results indicate that in the transformation of social and cultural environment there is a crisis of values a  nd the semantic sphere of the person, reduced the level of social well-being.

A group of schoolchildren (N = 107) with different levels of hardiness use strategies to cope with stress in different ways. Group of victims of the destructive orientation characteristic coping strategies, they avoid action, they use play or social role of the victim. For victimization of the group and the group with a medium level of hardiness of the dominant strategy is avoiding. Based on the identified features need to be organized psychological work with all groups of students.

The article discusses the peculiarities of the perception of the information presented in the modern Russian electronic mass media. The data were collected through the interviews with 503 students of economic universities of Saratov and Moscow in the time period from 2011 to 2013. The survey maintains that for a younger audience (aged between 17 and 24 years) the information obtained from the Internet resources is the main source of information; along with that, the level of confidence in this information is constantly decreasing.

Authorial methodology of expert research of tolerance is presented as subjective attitude toward «another», including scales «Collaboration» (active acceptance), «Liking» (passive acceptance), «Tolerance» (passive non-acceptance) and «Aggression» (active non-acceptance). Every scale includes emotional, cognitive, practical and active components. «Another» is examined as totality of appearance, behavior, culture and ideology.
