The attempt to analyse the philosophical aspect of music is undertaken in the article. The author considers the reflection of philosophical, religious and secular ideas in the creative work of the Russian composers of the end of XIX, beginning of XX century as a result of the influence of ideological directives and ideological contradictions of the boundary epoch.

The article observes the problem of intoduction the phenomenon of spiritual religions experience in the field of the philosophical discourse. The analysis of the phenomenon is performed by means of the categories of religious praxis. Much attention is paid to specipic version of ontological interaction between consciousness and existense though practice. The perspective of the application of such methodology to the studying of the modern dynamics in social religious institutions is offered.

A new ontology which postulates existence of a universal phenomenon - virtosphere - is offered. Virtosphere is the global virtual manifold which includes the whole set of virtual phenomena both of natural and artificial origin. The structure of the virtosphere as well as the properties of the virtual space-time continuum are investigated.

The primary goal of this article is analysing Nietzsche`s critics of rational humanism. Nietzsche believes that rational humanism is the deadlocking way of Western world. Its negative influence interferes with realisation of strong-willed potentialities of the person, enthrals him. The natural results of such situation are totalitarian ideologies and modes.

The question of moral and politics correlation has a deep background. All philosophers, who studied political process, made different conclusions. The correlation of moral and politics is very important problem in the world of modern social changes.

The city provides a human capital reproduction, but the village does the population reproduction. We have applied a system-cybernetic approach to analyze the city-village interaction by means of the homeostatic type model. We present the proposals to optimize the system balance confirming with the reforms in Russian society as a whole.
