The article deals so internal challenges to Russia, as a demographic problem, the deformation of national identity and leakage of human capital. They considered as interrelated phenomena, which are manifestations of certain global processes that have an objective basis. Using information theory of dynamical systems to build a system of interrelated categories describing these processes, and based on homeostatic modeling examines the specifics of their manifestation in the city and the countryside.

This article deals with some fundamental aspects of the philosophical ideas of the great Chinese thinker the Confucius. The author of the article tries to explore the Confuciuss views according to the circle of philosophical problems of the sense of life.

The city is considered as complex synergetic self-organizing system in which the historical, economic, sociopolitical ecological and other laws coherently operate, causing by the joint action existence of mechanisms of functioning of city in general.

Here the authors believe that the period of human life acts as an integrator of being, and the latter - as a premise of spreading life time with the help of ability to compile the past, to transform the present and create the future.

Adaptation, valuable and temporal horizons of the research are put forward of the toposes personal existence. The problems of the sense of life are discussed, phenomena of the closed and opened space are analyzed and their influence to the vital world of the person is found out.

Everyone ideological acts as the form of violence over the person, and not only in a context of totalitarianism. Democracy though also it is accepted to oppose with it to totalitarianism as uses means of ideological violence, only in a little bit other forms. As a result of the updating of thinking made under influence of ideology, change not only political, not only its social characteristics, it changes on anthropological, even, on physiological levels. At the same time, crisis of ideology as system is observed.

In the article «Art in intellectual aerial of the modern society» is produced trial of the inspecting art as the one of the factors which is directing development of the society. The factors lost their meanings. Appealing to the moment of the appearing of the creating efforts of the human, the author does the conclusion that those efforts appeared on the special basis of the attitude human with the world.

In clause the socially-philosophical analysis of modern integration processes in which basis the idea of total association of people by means of new information technologies lays is spent. Computer networks, the Internet, cellular communication, acting, on the one hand, powerful means of the communications, promote virtualization of social life, substitution of real dialogue, loss of true social communications.
