Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of the conditionality of subjective ideas about an asocial personality with a system of individual values of cadets. The study was conducted on the basis of the Saratov Military Order of Zhukov Red Banner order Institute of National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation. Theoretical analysis. From the middle of the twentieth century to the present day, a wealth of empirical material on this topic has been accumulated.

The invariant meanings accumulate social ideas about the teacher, represented by everyday beliefs of social actors about the profession “Teacher”.

Introduction. The article discusses the main psychoanalytic ideas of leadership, starting with the analysis of the fundamental work of Z. Freud’s “Mass psychology and self-analysis”, ending with an overview of modern leadership concepts using or based on the provisions of psychoanalysis. Theoretical analysis. Introduction. The article analyzes the phenomenon of psychological readiness of operational shifts of the nuclear power plant (NPP) to work in emergency situations.
