Diagnostics of the quality of project competence formation in future geography teachers using the reflective-assessment criterion

Introduction. The inclusion of project technologies in the educational process contributes to the qualitative development of productive thinking and universal learning activities, which helps in solving educational, developmental and upbringing tasks. Theoretical analysis. During the experimental verification, the author’s goal was to diagnose the quality of the development of project competence in future geography teachers using the reflective-evaluative criterion.

Integration of acmeological formative and project approaches for the competitiveness of future IT specialists in the university

Introduction. The problem of training competitive personnel does not cease to be relevant over time. Given the rapid development of digital technologies and their integration into all spheres of life, the issue of forming the competitiveness of IT specialists is more acute than ever. Philosophical and pedagogical views of Nicolas de Condorcet: First steps towards the humanization of the French education system

Introduction. The personality of Nicolas de Condorcet is interpreted very ambiguously in philosophical and pedagogical periodicals by domestic and foreign researchers. The article attempts to focus on Condorcet’s ideas on the humanization of learning, and also updates the principle of «equality and accessibility of education». The confrontation between the religious and republican models of rising and teaching children is analyzed.

The potential of intercultural dialogue in professional design training

Introduction. The conducted research is aimed at identifying the potential of the dialogue of cultures as a methodology and technology effective in the professional education of future designers. Theoretical analysis. Scientific novelty lies in the clarification of the essential characteristics of the concept of “quality of training future designers”, which can be considered as a set of personal and professional characteristics of the designer, ensuring his readiness to produce new ideas, to create a popular original product.

Development of the teacher's professional subjectivity in the process of advanced professional training

Introduction. Modern school education is undergoing renovation, thanks to the implementation of the national project “Education”. The contradiction between the need for a teacher to possess a number of professional competencies and their insufficient formation determines the request to institutions for additional professional education to form the teacher’s professional subjectivity which can create conditions for eliminating professional difficulties.

Environmental factors of critical thinking formation in lower secondary school students

Introduction. Critical thinking is increasingly in demand in professional activities and private life, however, education systems do not fully answer to the request of its formation yet. The main solution is usually considered to be the implementation of exercises on critical thinking in subject classes. Practice shows that effective implementation of such exercises requires the formation of an educational environment in which initiative and independent activity of a student are encouraged.
