In the article the potential of tragic as strong factor of influence upon moral spirit of man in the sphere of electronic virtual (computer) reality (EVR) are analyzed. EVR is considered as a special type of «soft» reality, characterized by particular existential-constructive function, which gives one an opportunity to realize his resourses.

The comparative anthropology of Wilhelm Von Humboldt was an important element of the German Historicism formation. At the same time with Friedrih Schlegel, Humboldt substantiated the ontological basis of Historicism. He concretized the Fichte’s concept of development. His doctrine linked metaphysical researches of Early Romanticism and historical method of German historical school.

The article considers psychoanalysis by philosophical method of genealogy. This method dealing with hermeneutics makes it possible to determine the relations of age and sex as sources of social existence. Revealing the links between psychoanalysis and
childhood, both human and humanity in general, the genealogical approach establishes the dependence of modern thinking on myth and symbol that defines the dialectical area of conscious and unconscious.

This article deals with the main aspects of studies of «freedom» as
philosophical category. Special attention is paid to the linguistic peculiarity
of this term and the formation of the definition. It is given a short
analysis of main approaches to the definition of «freedom». In spite
of great variety of scientific references and a number of researches
it is extremely important to proceed studying this theme because of
lack of understanding of this phenomenon as a whole and in order to
avoid misunderstanding.

Increase of a personality role in political space of society sets a task of researching of the ways of personification of special power structures. In the article there offered the main levels of psychological space of power, the corresponding political symbols and the models of political behavior. There also discussed particular features of personified space of the leader, phantoms of his influence on political space of ruling elites and electorate.

The article is dedicated to an analysis of the modern situation in philosophy. The analysis of Hegels conception in the history of philosophy demonstrates that modern philosophy is in the situation of choice between the end of the philosophy, from the one hand, and the being in the field of the Hegels program (this also means the end of the philosophy). In the article there is an analysis of possible decision of this problem by the case of the risk opening new horizons for the philosophical thinking.

In page the opportunity of the decision of a mind-body problem from positions of the "antinaturalistic" concept of consciousness is considered. From the given concept, not only the consciousness exists in the World, but also the World as the whole - exists inside of consciousness. The concept of "Absolute" - "Universum of possible experience" is entered. Empirical "stlf" - is result of self-restriction of Absolute. The physical reality is thought as the system of restrictions generating empirical self.

In this article the Platos expression «tO.n Ontwj» is explored. Author proposes to appreciate this linguistic intensification (signification of being) in the ontological meaning. The sense of this expression indicates to special surplus comprehension of being. This comprehension requires the corresponding way of speech. In this connection Procluss idea about apophatic and cataphatic speech modes are analyses.

Social memory is a set of knowledge serving as an object of conscious transfer from one generation to another. Its also fixed in the fundamental cultural texts. Study of these texts is a major term of the socialization of an individual in a certain cultural group. Social groups are the mediums of cultural memory, since the processes of communication among the members of the groups act as the constant indicators of the relevance of the information circulating in the society.

The article deals with ethics of responsibility and analyses dynamics of modern global processes. The authors explore the strategies of discourse management, allowing to diagnose positive and negative tendencies in the course of globalization and to realize the correcting of global development.
