Degradation of Understanding and Socio-Mental Essence of the Person

The Person thinking, feeling, understanding, creative, poetic did not took place. The person reasonable and spiritual becomes the person intellectual, functioning. A basis of anthropological crisis makes «to escaping from thinking»: an identification of thinking and the got skills, understanding and operating, reason and mind.

Philosophic Analysis of Advertisement as the Semiotic System

The article analyzes by the method of semiotic the mechanisms of generation the sense into the advertisement in the contemporary post-industrial society. In today’s world the function of advertisement goes far beyond its initial aim of informing about goods and service. 

The Philosopher’s Conceptual World

The article is devoted to a philosophical heritage of a well-known native Russian philosopher V.P. Kokhanovsky. This work represents the analysis of ideas and principles of dialectics in epistemological models of the world, that were conceptually shaped by the Rostov scientist. Also this thesis identifies the contribution of the thinker to development of historical-philosophical knowledge. The author of the article mentions the role of professor V.P. Kokhanovsky in development of philosophical education in the higher school. 

Social Aesthetic of Taste: Elitist and Mass

The article covers the analysis of the aesthetic taste problem in the context of changes of relation structure: elitist – mass. Attention is focused on some social and aesthetic categories and conceptions reflecting the specificity of the modern consumers culture. The quality criteria being the key component of the latter is the underlying cause of the social-structural progress, and the taste phenomenon is the measure of disparity in the field of aesthetic and cultural experience.

Positivist’s Strategy of Reconstruction of Historical Facts

There is amount of problems associated with the specific historical knowledge. Historian faced
with such problems as lack of source material for the task. Therefore method of historical
reconstruction becomes urgent. Historical reconstruction provides a holistic view of the past,
despite the incomplete and fragmentary historical sources.

Philosophy as Turned form of Scientific Rationalism: Radical Innovations of German Classic

Article by philosophical and methodological critical explanations of
radical philosophical innovations presented in philosophical knowledge
studies of German classics of the rationale of philosophy as a reason,
form of scientific rationalism of the explosions at an epoch. Exploring the
limits competence of Kant restricts them. In the historical interpretation
of Hegel logic-scientific phenomenon is revealed as a coherent
movement, succession «body» of scientific knowledge.

The Conception of Autopoiesis: Existence, Cognition, Activity

This article is devoted to the conception of autopoiesis given by Chilean
neurobiologists H. Maturana and F. Varela. Autopoiesis as a basic
property of living systems is a foundation for considering of such as
existence, cognition and activity. This conception also makes possible
to explain social processes and cultural phenomena.

Temporal Modi of Social Identity

The article is devoted to the analysis of temporal characteristics
of social identity. It is emphasized that the recognition of time of
personal existence by an individual is the most important condition
of understanding of the identity and the means of its structuring.
The person’s choice of a certain temporal vector is determined by
sociocultural factors. It shows the system of values and the type of
behavior in society and after all the specificity of a certain cultural model.

B. V. Jakovenko about Russian Philosophy

B. V. Yakovenko's works devoted to Russian philosophy are analyzed
in article. Jakovenko rejects idea of feature and originality of Russian
philosophy, becoming the opponent of N. A. Berdjaev's ideas.
Author argues that, in spite of critical relation to Russian philosophy,
B. V. Jakovenko is a part of Russian philosophical tradition.
