Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the educational process for visually impaired students in a complex sanitary and epidemiological situation
The article reveals the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the educational process for students with visual disabilities at a time when they are particularly vulnerable to the current circumstances of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The necessity of using e-learning, adapted distance learning technologies, and external electronic resources in the educational process of the University, taking into account nosologies in a complex sanitary and epidemiological situation is substantiated. The article describes the features of interaction of all subjects of the educational process (student, parents, curator, teacher, tutor, teacher-psychologist, employees of the department for work with students with disabilities, administrative staff, employees of the information technology department) in ensuring the quality of education in the current conditions, which the public has not previously encountered. Self-learning skills and skills of working with information resources acquire an important role in educational activities especially during the lock down. Part of the organizational and pedagogical conditions discussed in the article will also be relevant for the organization of the educational process in the context of a pandemic for students without disabilities.
