Challenges of workforce pre-professional training for high-tech sectors of the economy in the system of additional education

Abstract: 

Introduction. The article reveals pre-professional training in secondary schools, which is a complex and multifaceted process aimed at developing students’ professional knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to make an appropriate choice of profession. This training should be based on modern labor market requirements and contribute to the formation of a well-founded educational trajectory of the student. Theoretical analysis. Pre-professional training should be based on modern labor market requirements, include elements of professional practice and contribute to the formation of a well-founded educational trajectory of the student. Additional education, as an important component of the educational process, expands the horizons of knowledge, skills and abilities of students, providing them with the opportunity for in-depth study and step-by-step formation of professional competencies through specialized courses, trainings and master classes. Conclusion. Strengthening pre-professional training of young people in high technologies requires a synergy of various approaches, including individualization of programs, active interaction with industry, development of soft skills and the use of modern technologies. An integrated approach not only contributes to better training of specialists, but also creates an innovative environment conducive to creativity and development, which will be crucial for the successful future of both students and the entire professional industry.
