Individual Preconditions of Development of Innovative Potential of the Personality

Abstract: 

The article is devoted to consideration of the psychological qualities of innovative potential of personality. Is approved, the prerequisites and the makings of innovative potential is given by nature and are expressed in certain psychological characteristics of the individual. Implemented innovative potential of a person is determined by the level of «natural» psychic phenomena. Actually, it is dynamic, changing as formed socially determined the structure of personality in the context of the people’s understanding of themselves and the world, about yourself in this world. In the structure of innovation potential of a person, you must include both the idea of acting as a factor of motivation and regulation manifestations of man in the subjective and the objective world and the psychological mechanisms of generation of ideas of the controllers. We should distinguish between the levels of generalization of the fundamental ideas, which, undoubtedly, depends on intelligence and abilities.
