The Genesis of Upbringing Traditions in the Family of Russian Emperors in 18th – early 20th Centuries

Abstract:
The article deals with an analysis of the formation and development of the upbringing traditions of the elite of the blood combining with the formation of spiritual, ethical and intellectual elitism of an individual formed in the emperor family in the 18th – early 20th centuries in Russia. The research reveals the specificity of an individual’s elitization under the conditions of home education and family upbringing of heirs to the Russian throne, a dynamics of being and changes of different upbringing and educational traditions determining the characteristics and personal qualities of future emperors and which are the orienting point for all the dominating stratum of the Russian society of that time.
