The paper is devoted to the social philosophy analysis of education through a method of hermeneutics. The hermeneutic paradigm of education includes tradition and memory, science and history, world of actual life and social institutions, thus revealing its structural complication and a vast range of aspects inside it. In  this  article  is  investigated  the  problem  of  a  parity  of  true  and  creativity.  It  is  shown,  that  interpretation  of  true  depends  on  character  of  understanding  and  realization  of  a  principle  of  freedom  which  mastering  is  a  necessary  condition  of  development  of  creative  potential  at  the  person. 

The article shows the modern state of the culture of consumption of media information at the level of individual and group consciousness. The authors state their preliminary conclusions that were made on the basis of the use of the experimental version of the inquirer ICCI (Individual Culture of Consumption of Information).

The Person thinking, feeling, understanding, creative, poetic did not took place. The person reasonable and spiritual becomes the person intellectual, functioning. A basis of anthropological crisis makes «to escaping from thinking»: an identification of thinking and the got skills, understanding and operating, reason and mind.

This article is devoted to analysis of dialogic dimensions of art as an essential phenomenon in artistic experience of contemporary man. The concept of «dialogue» is analyzed to be the fundamental principle of the relation of a person with art. The concept of «artistic reflection» is considered as a key to problem of the dialogic interpretation of artistic work. Phenomenon of artistic dialogue is interpreting here as a unity of individual and common in artistic experience.

To characterize psychological processes occurred while understanding and remembering a text, the conception of empirical logic as it is understood by N. A. Vasiliev can be applied. The analysis of the metacognition procedure, conducted using the models of the training texts, has shown that certain phenomenological manifestations are characteristic for expansion and deepening as the main cognitive strategies.

The cognitive basis of the political communication is the alteration of the learning activity pattern in the process of a political text perception. The main factor of the alteration is the cognitive strategies drift. The drift takes place when the balance of the expansion strategy and the deepening strategy in the understanding process of the communication content changes.

Introduction. In the modern socio-cultural space, the concept of the meaning of the text of culture, the process of meaning-making have become relevant among scientists. Previously, these concepts were considered in linguistics, psychology and philosophy, today they have become popular among cultural scientists, and art historians. A theoretical analysis of the concept of “frame” allows us to conclude that a frame is a fragment of a person’s memory, representing knowledge about a particular cultural phenomenon.
