Abstract:

Introduction. Professional dynasties are an important component of the organizational culture of the national health care. The goal of the research is to study the influence of professional dynasties on the organizational culture in the health care system. Theoretical analysis. Based on the order methodology and researches of dynasties in the social sciences, there has been proposed and substantiated a sociopsychological definition of the concept of “professional dynasty”. The influence of dynasties on the formation of suborders of organizational culture in health care institutions is theoretically substantiated. Empirical analysis. There has been presented the results of the researches of the influence of professional dynasties on the organizational culture in the health care system. It was revealed that dynasties are the basis on which a rather harmonious, close to the reference standards, state of organizational culture is formed, expressed in the even distribution of suborders. In the family of a young doctor, under the influence of parents and older relatives spiritual motives for professional activity are formed, which are more stable than material ones. Conclusion. Dynasty has a positive impact on the formation of suborders of organizational culture in health care. In medicine, based on expert opinion, dynasties begin with two generations. A doctor, brought up on the example of his parent, adopts the value and semantic foundations of professional activity, including ideas about the organizational culture of a medical organization and is more ready for the difficulties of professional activity.
