Introduction. Professional dynasties are an important component of the organizational culture of the national health care. The goal of the research is to study the influence of professional dynasties on the organizational culture in the health care system. Theoretical analysis. Based on the order methodology and researches of dynasties in the social sciences, there has been proposed and substantiated a sociopsychological definition of the concept of “professional dynasty”.
