Abstract:

The Introduction identifies the problem of searching the basis for stable reproduction of human resources in the context of the persistent shortage of medical personnel in the field of healthcare. In this regard, socio-psychological studies of professional dynasties in medicine as a resource for improving the quality of medical care are relevant and scientifically significant. The study of dynasty in the problem field of social psychology as an element of organizational culture makes it possible to improve the principle of professional continuity in the health care system. The Theoretical analysis includes a general overview of studies conceptualizing the concepts of dynasty, professional dynasty, medical dynasty. Dynasty is defined as one of the channels of continuity of the organizational culture of health care. Dynasty manifested in a special professional identity, acts as a resource of organizational culture as a socio-psychological phenomenon. The need to identify clear criteria for determining dynasty in order to prevent its substitution by the concept of domesticity is substantiated. The author attempts to demarcate the phenomena of dynasty and domesticity. The criterion for distinction in this case is professional and ethical compliance as a system-forming element of organizational culture. In the Conclusion, professional and ethical compliance is defined as a necessary condition for the development of organizational culture, and professional dynasties in this regard act as social resources for its maintenance.
