Integration of acmeological formative and project approaches for the competitiveness of future IT specialists in the university

Abstract: 

Introduction. The problem of training competitive personnel does not cease to be relevant over time. Given the rapid development of digital technologies and their integration into all spheres of life, the issue of forming the competitiveness of IT specialists is more acute than ever. The purpose of this article is to select and justify methodological approaches to forming the competitiveness of future IT specialists at the level of practice-oriented tactics of implementing professional training at the university. Theoretical analysis. The analysis of scientific literature made it possible to identify the features of the environment of professional activity of future IT specialists, as well as the methodological foundations for forming their competitiveness – the acmeological and project approaches that have the necessary capabilities to form the desired personality traits. A brief description of each approach given; the main provisions are formulated in relation to the research problem under consideration. The author also determined the aspects of integration and complementarity of the selected approaches in relation to the goals and objectives of the process under consideration, the formation of competencies, the creation of a supportive environment for the intensification of personal growth, reflection and individualization of professional training. Conclusion. The comprehensive application of the considered approaches to the formation of the competitiveness of future IT specialists at the university allows us to determin the methods of implementing the necessary pedagogical influence at the level of practice-oriented tactics to reveal the professional and personal potential of students and to form in them the necessary professional and supra-professional competencies.
