Philosophical Interpretation of Essence of Innovations

This article is based on the phenomenon analysis of innovation and its activities. The philosophy of the innovative development is almost relevant to the intensification of innovative process and the fundamentals which is influenced by the public and private realities. The concept of Innovation is already defined and the prospects for the philosophical measurement is already set by its approach. In today’s life, we have large and wide approach for the innovative transformations which include human life, business, environment and our surroundings.

Supporting Innovative Activities of College Teachers

The article substantiates the urgency of supporting innovative activities development by secondary vocational education workers. The study is aimed at finding the causes of difficulties and justifying the support of innovative activities of teachers. Its purpose is also to determine the conditions and stages, and to identify the means of support. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that a complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions that provide support for innovative activities is highlighted.

Socio-psychological Consequences and Factors of Modern Globalization

Globalization identifies the significant changes in consciousness of a modern person. Transformation deal with subjective, personal, individual characteristics, and also the basic kinds of human activity – professional activity, learning, and communication. Socio-psychological consequences of globalization are defined in the space-time (territorial and subjectively-temporary identity), socio-cultural and other dimensions.

Social and Psychological Quality of Innovation Potential of the Person Manager

This article deals with the strategic goal of developing theoretical and methodological problems of a socio-psychological model of a modern leader, applicable for the selection of competent managers and to prepare them as subjects of professional management. A model of the innovation potential of the individual manager in the context of social and psychological processes in the labor group is considered in this article.
