В  статье  дается  концептуальное  обоснование  рефлексивного 
механизма ценностно-смысловой регуляции состояния психиче-
ского выгорания у врачей с опорой на психологические теории 
смыла,  смысловой  регуляции  психических  состояний,  рефлек-
сивной регуляции деятельности, функциональной психологиче-
ской системы деятельности и др. Представленная методология 
позволяет эмпирически представить рефлексию как психологи-
ческий  механизм  ценностно-смысловой  регуляции  состояния 

В  отечественной  педагогике  неоднократно  предпринимались  попытки  организовать 
образовательный  процесс  на  основе  рефлексивного  подхода,  однако  к  успеху  это  не 
приводило. Фундаментальная причина безуспешности экспериментов по внедрению об-
учения на основе рефлексивного подхода заключается в том, что философско-методо-
логическим основанием рефлексивного подхода в отечественной педагогике и психоло-
гии до сих пор служит идеализм. В этой связи автор предлагает свой вариант решения 

This article is devoted to analysis of dialogic dimensions of art as an essential phenomenon in artistic experience of contemporary man. The concept of «dialogue» is analyzed to be the fundamental principle of the relation of a person with art. The concept of «artistic reflection» is considered as a key to problem of the dialogic interpretation of artistic work. Phenomenon of artistic dialogue is interpreting here as a unity of individual and common in artistic experience.

Introduction. The problem of personal maturity, its criteria and mechanisms of achievement, acts as one of the significant and urgent problems in modern psychological science. A large number of scientific papers are devoted to the interpretation and definition of this concept, the search for its content and structural elements. Theoretical analysis. Based on the systematization of theoretical material, the author builds a model for the analysis of personal maturity (in the context of the event approach).

Introduction. Development of cognitive interest of cadets is one of the pedagogical aspects of great importance. Cognitive interest determines the effectiveness of mastering professional and humanitarian disciplines and contributes to the formation of cadets’ personality, aimed at their further self-improvement. Theoretical analysis. The study of modern sources allowed to come to the conclusion that the cognitive interest of cadets, being a quality of the personality, has a direct connection with such a phenomenon as reflexion. Empirical analysis.
