Subjective Well-being and Valuable and Semantic Formations of a Person in His/her Professional Self-determination
The paper treats the problem of subjective well-being as conditioned by the valuable and semantic formations of a person in his/her professional self-determination. Questions of the dynamics of these valuable and semantic formations in professional activity and their correlation in the appearance of Психология 105 work and life satisfaction are subjected to theoretical analysis; the semantic importance of trouble as well as well-being is emphasized, and a self-determining role of the valuable and semantic sphere of a person is established, its mechanism being contradiction expressed as dissatisfaction.
