Identification Problems of a Woman in Ancient States (the Ancient East and the Antique World)

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of the problems and possibilities of identifying a marginalized person using the example of a woman of the ancient state. Stereotypes of patriarchal culture produce the appearance of “security” and limit the development of a personal identity, directing it at socially established roles. Representatives of different schools of thought including existential philosophy and psychology, raising the issues of the authenticity of existence, opposed the pressure of culture and the conditionality of a person in the XIX-XXI centuries. However, both in antiquity and today, the formation of the authentic being of a person depends not only on social opportunities. It is necessary that the culture maintains the intrinsic value of a person, his or her connection with inner sensations, emotions and feelings. This is especially true for many women, whose value for centuries was determined only by the interests of others, but not themselves. Those women who managed to be in harmony with themselves, opened up opportunities for a true living of themselves. This could be the realization, including in exclusively “male” areas for ancient societies (economics, politics). In addition, there are the examples of universal realization in religious and magical practices, when her identification is aimed at natural processes, gods and Consciousness.
