Driving Forces of Early Bilingual Education in Contemporary Global Society

Abstract: 

The article considers driving forces of early bilingual education in global society as a complex of its external and internal contradictions – developing factors for preschool children development in contemporary polylingual and multicultural environment. Special attention is drawn to pointing out arguments for the process of Russian early bilingual education in the context of dynamical global changes, defining its driving forces and requiring child’s entering into valuable and normative system of global world through linguistic awareness extending and acquainting with cultures by learning non-native languages: political, economic, anthropological, social, cultural, socio-cultural, linguistic, educational, pedagogical, methodical, material and technical, individual.
