Features of the Transformation of the Criminal Subculture in Modern Society: The Role of Organizational Culture

Relevance. The study of the specific organizational culture peculiarities within group entities conducting criminal economic activities is significant for understanding the essence of such organizations, socio-psychological mechanisms of their potential influence on society. So far, the criminal subculture has not been considered from the point of view of postmodernism methodology, the influence of the role of organizational culture on its development. Purpose. Develop the theoretical foundations of the study of criminal subculture that are adequate for modern society.

Socio-psychological Effects of Applying Order Technology Organizational Culture Changing

The article discusses data received in the course of order projects implementation. Three socio-psychological effects arise during formation of each organizational culture suborder («family», «army», «church»). The effects include: trust (for «family» suborder), confidence (for «army» suborder), faith (for «church» suborder). It is stated that above-mentioned socio-psychological effects also serve as criteria for organizational culturesuborder formation assessment. The task is set tocreate instruments for level measurement of achieved socio-psychological effects.

The paper focuses on the ways of identification of the actual problems of theoretical and practical psychology. A special attention is paid to the articulation of the actual problems of organizational psychology. The complex of the actual problems on the scale «mankind – community – organization – person» is considered. The problem of the nature of creativity and uniqueness is highlighted as the central one.

Introduction. The organizational and cultural approach to the management of modern organizations remains a priority in the context of an increasing variety of management technologies. Theoretical analysis.
