The Media in the Network Society: Outlines of a New Ruling Elite

The article is devoted to the development of media technologies and their media and their role in the creation, the functioning of modern society and the implementation of process management. The processes of communication, have taken on social significance, along with the information, allow to speak about modern society not as information, but as a network, meaning that this concept is wider.

The Imaginations about Social-Psychological Descriptions of the Characters of Difficult Communication

The article analyses the results of empirical research on students imaginations about socialpsychological descriptions of the characters of difficult communication of the representatives of the social-directional occupations, as the example. It underlines the likenesses and the differences of the imaginations in a number of incentives (a social worker, a lecturer, a medical worker).The article points out the generalized portraits of difficult partners in communication.

 

Parameters of Destraction in Youth’s Socialization: Aspects of Methodology

In the article the methodological resource of the activity-related approach to define parameters of destructive pattern in the process of socialization of youth’s is investigated. The author demonstrates that use of this methodological resource focuses on process of search of
destructive behavior factors in areas of social livelihood and person’s conscious. Based on the performed study, the author specifies the level of the interaction of the destructive behavior parameters in information and communication fields as well as the cognitive structures.

Logical Nature of Communication

The article focuses on the logical aspect of communication. The author investigates relationship between some structural features of text and efficiency of memorizing it due to changes in the social situation in which the process takes place. The data described in the article consistent with L. S. Vygotsky’s cultural-historical theory. The assumption about the chronotopic nature of the logic of memorizing text has been proved.

Philosophic Analysis of Advertisement as the Semiotic System

The article analyzes by the method of semiotic the mechanisms of generation the sense into the advertisement in the contemporary post-industrial society. In today’s world the function of advertisement goes far beyond its initial aim of informing about goods and service. 

The Social-Psychological Features of Children from One-Parent Families

This article is devoted to the analysis of theoretic and practical concepts about children, nurtured in one-parent families. It contains the results of investigation of motivation’s components, a socialpsychological adaptation, a preference to time perspective, a selfmanagement, communicative and organizational abilities. It shows some differences between children from one-parent family and complete family. 

Russian Immigrants' Personal Self-Actualization and Subjective Well-Being

The article represents results of empirical research of the interrelation between Russian immigrants' personal self-actualization and subjective well-being. Detailed results based on a sample of Russians who migrated, and Russians who live in Russia are provided. Common and particular interrelations between personal self-actualization and subjective well-being are highlighted. Also the features typical for persons living in Russia, Germany, USA and Spain are considered. 

Social Memory in the Life Space of Socium

The article discusses modern problems of inheritance and perception of the past from the standpoint of the categorical apparatus of social philosophy. The conceptual bases of the analysis are connected with the comprehension of the heuristic possibilities of the concepts “social space”, “living space”. When analyzing the ontology of social space, three types of spatial relationships should be considered: institutional, spatial-stratification and civilizational.

Media Space: Socio-Philosophical Analysis

The purpose of this article is to analyze various approaches to studying the problems of media space in modern society, as well as the definition of clear common characteristics attributed to media space in various theories of media in social philosophy.

The Diversity of the Digital Environment in a Risk Society

In the article presented, it is established that the basis for a digital society is the digital environment. The study of technologies outside the context of anthropological and social experience is insufficient, therefore, for the consideration of a digital society, the hybridization of Software studies and digital humanities is a productive one. It is established that the digital society is not only the result of technological progress, but also the result of the changing experience of mankind.
