Motivation of the Professional Development of Future Teacher- Psychologists under the Conditions of Informatizatsii of the formation

The subject matter of the article is the problem of professional motivation development of the intending teachers in the field of psychology in the frame of education informatization. Ac cording to the suggested motivation model of the use by the teachers - psychologists of informa tion technologies in the context of meaningful learning in the content area, two basic motivation vectors have been singled out: the formation of the psychological readiness of the intending teachers to the activity under study.

The Metasystem Analysis of School Adaptation

In article the phenomenon of school adaptation from the point of view of the system and metasystem approach is analyzed. Allocation of subsystems of school adaptation is proved. The system of adaptation of pupils to training at school is presented as a part more the general system. The filling of a highest level of development of system of school adaptation - metasystem level is opened.

Personality Characteristics of the Managers, Operating Business-Systems at the Different Stages of Development

In this article examined the problem of distinctions in socially-psychological personality characteristics between two types of managers - ones operating business at stages of development and during stabilization. Basic parameters specific for the personalities of the observed types, are described.
