Scientific and methodological foundations for the formation and development of inclusive education in the scientific and educational complex

Introduction. Creating conditions for every citizen to receive a quality education is one of the priority government tasks. One of the ways to solve this problem is the inclusive transformation of education. At the same time, in pedagogical science there is a problem of insufficient theoretical and methodological justification for the formation and development of inclusive education, which leads to a variety of inclusive educational practices and sometimes their low effectiveness. Methodological Bases of Management of Quality of Art Education

The article is devoted to methodological basics of control of the quality of art education, which are an important component of the quality management system of artistic education, aimed at training of a specialist artistic profile. The author considers the strategic goals of quality management of education at the University of artistic and creative profile, highlighting the preparation of competitive creative personality, the activities of which are directed towards service to self and society.
