Ontology of declaration: Towards the characteristics of modern philosophy

Introduction. The article is devoted to consideration of the state of modern ontological thought. It is no coincidence that after Heidegger there is virtually no systematic consideration of the concept of being in philosophy. Does this mean that the problem of being has lost its relevance? Or does this indicate that the concept of being continues (albeit in a negative way) to determine the face of modern philosophy?

В статье рассматриваются вопросы становления обучающихся и соответствие личностных результатов обучения требованиям Фе- деральных государственных образовательных стандартов всех уровней. Этнокультурный подход к становлению личности пред- полагает использование выработанных человеком ценностей национальных культур. Наиболее адекватны сущности и предна- значению этнокультурной составляющей процесса становления учащихся принципы культуросообразности, народности, диалога культур и толерантности.

Determination of Peculiarity of Formation and Development of Culture Military Safety Russian Society

The article is devoted to the analysis of influence of some determinants on peculiarities of formation and development of culture of military safety of the Russian society. The author accounts for spatiotemporal, natural and climatic, spiritual factors. The first of them positively influenced on unity of Russian army and average citizens. It led to strengthening of conscience – everybody understood that military safety was a general problem.

Nietzsche and the Ontological History of Nihilism

The article deals with the investigation of the question of Nietzsche’s understanding of historicity of the stages of nihilist formation. The author examines the tendency of the positioning of formation of the essence which is distinctive for Nietzsche’s and Heidegger’s ontological historicism. Special attention is devoted to comparison of the hermeneutics of nihilist formation in the ontological discourse of Heidegger and Derrida.
