Introduction. The high level of physical and psychological stress caused by the general instability in the world and the specific features of wartime places special demands on the psychological training of military personnel, and also highlights the importance of improving, developing, and applying psychological technologies that allow the formation, maintenance, and restoration of personal effectiveness among military personnel.

В  статье  рассматривается  особая  установка  культуры  на  духовное,  отрешенное  от  непосредственной  действительности  и 
утилитарных интересов измерение жизни. Подчеркивается, что именно  формирование  смыслового  пространства  культуры  яв-
ляется основой для возрастания человека в философии, искусстве, религии. Показано, что «чистота» является универсальным 
концептом, раскрывающим человека в культуре в его существенности. Чистота здесь условие и результат свободного поворота 

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of the culture of control in conditions of mediatization – an integral part of the modern social world of the city. The specificity of the view on the problem lies in the departure from the functional technicality of positivist research into the field of ontological and social reflection, expanding the analytical range of revealing the meaning.
