Phenomenology of “Life-World” of the Military Service
The article presents the characteristic of the military service as a system based on social phenomenology, which divides life-world into several levels, several “life-worlds”. The core of the life-world is the corporeal world, psychophysiological individual content. The main carriers of the military service culture are officers. In the conditions of military service spiritual values, traditions, convictions, symbols are essential because they play a decisive role in shaping the individuality of a military man. Phenomenology allows you to keep the focus on these fundamental values of individuality and community which continue to accomplish its culture forming function. The article provides definitions, key features and components of the military service “life-world”. The institutionalization of the military service “life-world” is ensured by three main factors which are systematicity, sustainable chain of basic values, diachronically synchronistical maintenance of basic values. These factors are the basis for the process of the “life-world» self-formation. The program of the institutionalization of the military service “life-world” basic values is analysed in the article and herein it is pointed out how activation, education and training of a military man under the conditions of the “life-world” happens and how he organizes all these separate experiences into a united system setting up a particular “little social world” of the military service.
