Contextual Preparation and Certification of Rescuers in Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia
The article is devoted to the actual problem of training cadets of departmental educational organizations of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia for professional activities in the field of emergency rescue operations. Monitoring the quality of training graduates in practical fire and rescue units of the State Fire Service EMERCOM of Russia reveals a number of problems related to the level of their practical training. The main tasks of the training are the formation of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and skills of performing search and rescue, emergency rescue and other urgent work with the use of appropriate emergency rescue equipment and gear. Additional training in the training program for rescuers contributes not only to the formation of primary professional knowledge and practical skills, but also prepares cadets involved in the training process as part of an airmobile group, to eliminate natural and man-made situations. Training cadets according to this program and involving them in performing emergency rescue operations while eliminating real emergency situations implements a contextual form aimed at the formation of professional skills through the implementation of professional tasks. The quality of training and readiness of cadets for professional activities is confirmed by the independent Commission of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia, which certifies cadets for the right to conduct rescue operations.
