Self-change personality potential as a factor of constructive behavior in interpersonal conflict

Introduction. The available modern psychological researches of constructive behavior in interpersonal conflicts is mostly focused on external resources and methods of conflict resolution (mediation, negotiation, etc.), while the role of internal personality resources remains insufficiently studied. Theoretical analysis. The individual’s activity aimed at changing their own behavior, making decisions, and taking conscious actions can serve as the basis for constructive behavior in interpersonal conflict.
