Личностные предикторы эмоционального выгорания специалистов ИТ-сферы

Существует потребность в выявлении предикторов выгорания ИТ-специалистов для разработки эффективных методов его профилактики и преодоления. Теоретический анализ. В возникновении эмоционального выгорания существенную роль играют личностные факторы. Эмпирический анализ. Выявлена роль личностных предикторов (интолерантность к неопределенности, перфекционизм, регуляторные зарактеристики и пр.) в возникновении эмоционального выгорания специалистов в области ИТ-технологий, которые образуют два четких кластера: факторы риска выгорания и протективные факторы.

Development Conflictologist Teacher

The article is devoted to the development of conflictological teacher. Examines the causes and contradictions are analyzed for the emergence of conflicts in the educational environment on the basis of which actualized the leading role of the teacher in the process of being solved. Focuses on the characteristics of the types of resilience, a system that can be considered as con-flytothefinish teacher.

The urgency of the problem is determined by the specifics and trends in the development of the socio-professional space, which requires from the teacher to be ready to actualize personal and professional advantages in the conditions of the modern socio-cultural environment and in accordance with the requirements imposed on the teacher’s professional functionality.
