One of dangerous contradictions of an information epoch consists that, forming information space and providing its existence and development, the person simultaneously realizes that its biological existence is put in dependence on a level of development and speed of transformation of the information space playing an escalating role in a life of a modern society.

Globalization process destroys a parity of physical and social space. That forces to reinterpret an idea of the sovereignty and possibility of its application in socially-philosophical knowledge anew.

In article we present the specifics of the communication conflict and virtual person in the modern global space. In this context, concluded that it is necessary social-philosophical understanding of this phenomenon, especially since the problem of communication is connected with the disclosure of the identity of the person, their valuable installations.
