Healthy Life-style and Social Risks

The paper investigates social risks in the context of healthy life-style. The concept of risks for health is introduced as an independent and significant notion. We separate and analyze ecological, economical, industrial, technological, cultural risks for health, which are conditioned by the peculiarities of modern social development. It is shown that social risks may be personal as well, as communal, in which case we speak about participation of an individual in the venturesome communal social practices. Among the personal risks we mark consumer and behavioral ones.

The Concept «Disease Situation» – Objektive and Subjective Components

The article examines the phenomenon of disease. The author thinksthat this phenomenon is a complex system of many reasons with factors, influencing each other. That means that it is necessary toanalyze total combination of the person’s development conditions, theobjective social situation of development (L.S. Vygotsky), which putthe person into chronic somatic disease.The author has worked out and approved the concept of the diseasesituation.

Training the Students of a Pedagogical Institute for Implementation of the «Basics of a Healthy Life-Style» Program in a General School

The university student training system is necessary for the @Basics of a healthy life-style@ program implementation, it includes goals, organizational, methodological and diagnostic components. The level of students’ readiness to perform the educational program is based on several criteria, which characterize knowledge, abilities and skills acquired by them in the course of studying at the university.

Perception of Conditions Health and Illness as the Analoque of Adaptive Strategy

The subjective perception of experience of health and illness which depending on expressiveness alexithymia is considered in article. The author offers the description of two basic strategy of experience of these conditions: active and passive. The revealed features elaborate representations about an internal picture of health and illness as the uniform adaptable process realizing both of form: the self-attitude and the attitude to the world; at the same time this process is a part of adaptable potential of the person.

Historico-Philocophical Analysis of the Notion of Health in Natural Science and Russian Philosophy

A historico-philosophical analysis of the notion of health in the ontological, gnoseological, and axiological context has been carried out in the article. It analyses the views on the notion of health, starting from the cosmocentric indigenous beliefs of the Rusichi and ending with the modern scientific and philosophical interpretations of that phenomenon.

Features of the social determination of mass diseases in the risk society

Introduction. The subject of the study is the social determinants of mass diseases of non-infectious origin and the traumatic nature of social changes taking place in modern society. The purpose of the article is to identify the consequences of the negative impact on the health of the population of such factors as informatization, cyber dependence, consumer attitude to nature, a high level of social mobility, the transformation of a person into an object of total control, carried out, among other things, for his safety, etc. Theoretical analysis.

Health as an Ontological Phenomenon

Phenomenological analysis of health is presented in article and main ontological properties of health are discussed. Universality of health as natural and social phenomenon is shown. Author’s definition of health is given.

Some factors of subjective economic well-being

Introduction. One of the main motivations of the human community is the desire for well-being, and its subjective feeling is the basis of a full-fledged life of the individual, which is why the study of subjective economic well-being (SWB) is an urgent task of modern psychology. The term “SWB” first appeared thanks to the works of B. Strumpel and A. Campbell. The concept was defined as the result of a social comparison of the actual status of a person with his needs and perception of his own position.
