The Concept of Risk in the Problem Field of Social Sciences

The article discusses the methodological problems of researching risks in the social sciences and the ways of conceptualizing in social philosophy, posed and solved the question of the general methodological principles of researching social risks. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of ontological started risks associated with states of risk-taking reality and the structure of risk-taking space. In line with the institutionalization of institutional theory of public relations beginning to be considered as a variant of the stabilization and consolidation of the society, a guarantee of stability and steady evolution of the society.
