Democracy at the Concepts of the Alternative Directions in the Russian Philosophy (at the End of XIX – First Half of XX Centuries)

The article describes the comparative analysis of the concepts of democracy put forward by the representatives of the alternative directions of Russian philosophy at the end of XIX and first half of XX centuries. The author of the article notes the development of the ideas of democracy, observed and described in ancient Greek philosophy, by such thinkers of the Enlightenment as Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Charles-Louis Montesquieu, and others.

The war and the crisis of the global pseudo-liberal civilizational project

Introduction. War in the nuclear age regardless on the options of limited or local nuclear military conflict represents the apogee of the global crisis of humanity. Theoretical analysis. The purpose of the article is to identify the signs and prerequisites of the crisis of the global liberal civilizational project. The novelty of the research is manifested in the author's argumentation of the relationship of the philosophy of the war of western rationalism with pseudo-liberal modeling of modern civilizational dynamics.

Introduction. The intensification of technological progress in the modern world has led to the emergence of various discourses related to the capabilities of artificial intelligence systems. This process was accompanied by the creation of a technological myth that continues to take root in the digital space at the present time. Theoretical analysis. Technological myth reveals the cultural context from which it is formed, shows secondary meanings and connotations (R. Barth), performs a predictive function.
