Policy of Personal Data Processing at SSU
Consent to Personal Data Processing
1. General Information
1.1. The Journal "Izvestiya of Saratov University. Philosophy. Psychology. Pedagogy" is published 4 times a year. The Journal accepts general theoretical, methodological, discussion, critical articles, research results in the field of philosophy, psychology and pedagogy, short reports and reviews, as well as chronicles and information for publication in Russian and English.
1.2. Previously published materials, as well as materials submitted for publication in other journals, are not accepted for consideration.
1.3. Articles should not exceed 8 pages (candidates and doctors of sciences) or 6 pages (for the authors without academic degrees) and contain more than 5 figures and 4 tables.
1.4. The article should be written concisely, neatly framed and carefully edited. All the articles are checked for plagiarism using Antiplagiat.VUZ or Rucontext systems.
1.5. The text of the article is sent to aporia@inbox.ru in DOC format.
1.6. Manuscripts are sent for peer review (see Peer review procedure) and, in case of positive review, for scientific and control editing. Reviews of articles for revision and reviews of rejected articles are sent to the authors in electronic form.
1.7. An article sent to the author for revision should be improved and returned to the Editorial Board as soon as possible. An article that has been delayed for more than three months is considered a new submission. The revised manuscript must be accompanied by a letter from the authors containing answers to all comments of the reviewer and an explanation of all changes made to the article. Returning an article for revision does not mean that the article will be published. The revised article is sent by the Editorial Board for re-review.
1.8. The author of the manuscript accepted for publication will receive the written decision of the Editorial Board and the License Agreement. The author should sign two copies of the agreement and send them to the Editorial Board. After signing the contract in the SSU, 1 copy is returned to the author.
In total, for the publication of the article, the author must submit the following materials and documents:
- License agreement (2 copies), signed by the author (by mail and PDF file)
- The text of the article signed by the author (14 font, 1.5 spacing), including summaries and keywords (summary of the subject of research, results and conclusions) in Russian and English, tables, figures and captions to them.
- Information about the authors: first name, patronymic and surname, academic degree and scientific title, affiliation, address and phone numbers, E-mail addresses (indicating the author responsible for correspondence with the Editorial Board).
- Files of all submitted materials.
Manuscripts and documents should be sent to the Editorial Board by simple or registered (but not valuable) letters to the address: 410012, Saratov, Astrakhanskaya str., 83, Faculty of Philosophy, journal "Izvestiya of Saratov University". Philosophy. Psychology. Pedagogy", to the managing editor Sergey Danilov. E-mail: aporia@inbox.ru.
1.9. Articles written in co-authorship (except cases when all the authors are Ph.D.) are not accepted.
1.10. In compliance with Part 1 of Article 9 of the Federal Law FZ-152 “On personal data” of July 27, 2006, authors grant their consent to their personal data processing by any legally permitted method to Saratov State University (SSU), located at: 83 Astrakhanskaya St., Saratov 410012. Each author shall send a filled-in and signed Consent to Personal Data Processing form to the editorial board.
1.11. The work of the author (personal data subject) is included in the archive after the publication of the next issue of the periodical. The storage, arrangement, registration and use of archival issues, containing personal data is carried out in accordance with Part 2, paragraph 2 of Article 1 of the Federal Law FZ-152 “On personal data”of July 27, 2006 in conformity with the legislation on archiving.
1.12. Publications are free of charge.
1.13. Copyright. The rightholder is the author of the article, which owns the following rights (without restrictions), confirmed by License agreement:
- the exclusive right to the Paper;
- the right of authorship;
- the author's right to name;
- the right to the inviolability of the Paper;
- the right to publish the Paper.
2. Manuscript Design Guidelines
2.1. Manuscripts should be designed in strict accordance with the rules of the journal (see the sample).
Structure:
UDC identifier (for Russian papers), title, author’s initials and surname, affiliations (academic degree, academic rank, position, place of work, e-mail), abstract summarizing the article (the subject of research, research findings and conclusion), key words, text of the article, references.
2.2. The text of the article should be single-spaced with 2.5 cm margins, Times New Roman font, the font size of the main text is 14, the size of the secondary text (footnotes, tables, captions and inscriptions to figures, appendices, bibliographic list, notes) is 12. All pages of the manuscript, including tables, figures, references, should be numbered.
2.3. Abstract requirements. The abstract should reflect the main thrust of the publication. Optimal lengh of the article should be 200-250 words.
2.4. Figures and tables. Illustrations and tables should be submitted in a separate file, in JPG, TIFF, CDR, BMP resolution above 600 dpi. Figures should be submitted in black and white. It is permissible to use hatching.
Each table should be numbered in Arabic numerals and have a heading that briefly revealsits contents. All columns must have a concise and informative subheadings. The units are specified after the comma.
Each figure and each table in the text must be referenced.
2.5. All physical quantities must be given in the International System of Units (SI).
2.6. References. All the works cited in the article should be listed in the bibliographic list. In the list of references the numbering of references should correspond to the order of reference in the text. References to unpublished works are not allowed.
References in languages that do not use the Latin alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, etc.) are transliterated in accordance with the system of the US State Department.
EXAMPLE
Post-eventuality and the subject of absence in the objective phenomenology of Alain Badiou

The article considers the ontological significance of the objective phenomenology of Alain Badiou, as it is presented in his works "Logic of worlds" and "Second manifesto for philosophy". The author compares Badiou’s phenomenology with the phenomenological projects of Husserl and Heidegger, noting its subjectless character. The dissolution of the ontological subject in related reaction to the events by diverse strategies implemented in the subjectivity is performed in the objective phenomenology of Badiou by eliminating of the instance of contemplation in favor of ethical and political practice. Special attention is paid to the relationship of ontology and mathematics, as well as to the analysis of the concepts of the subject and post-eventuality in the context of traditional ontological categories of the one and the multiple. The conclusion is that in the modern ontological theory of the transition from the analysis of isolated nature of the phenomenon to the analysis of a single set-much.
