This research is one of the first attempts in our country to realize integrative analysis of the problem of social dynamics in the field of modern philosophy. Definition of universal categorical essence of the notion of dynamics makes contribute in study of this phenomenon. In the article the author’s version of philosophical definition of the notion «social dynamics» is introduced.
